01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between vet365 and all its members. By accessing the platform or using our services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms.

Vet365 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We recommend checking this page regularly.

• These Terms & Conditions apply solely to the vet365 platform.
• In the event of any dispute, vet365's decision will be considered final.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

02 Account Register

To open an account on vet365, you must register with accurate and complete information. Only one account is allowed per mobile number or email address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• The name, address, and ID information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• A national ID or passport may be requested at any time for verification purposes.
• If any information is found to be false, your account will be closed immediately.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

To register and play on the vet365 platform, members must be at least 18 years required. Under no circumstances will services be provided to anyone under the age of 18.

If there is reason to believe a member is under 18, vet365 may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof will result in immediate account suspension.

04 Deposit & Payment Rules

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

06 Bonus & Promotional Offers

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering amount must be played through first.
